Enhancing Brand Image and Communications for Versent
As a Design Lead specialising in Brand and Marketing, my role at Versent was to enhance the company's brand image and marketing communications across various multi and omni-channels, increasing uplift across customer engagement and business growth. Over the course of two years, I played a critical role in achieving this goal.
Brand Identity & Guidelines
I worked with the Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) and members of the Marketing team to develop and maintain brand guidelines for Versent. These guidelines provided creative guidance across a range of content produced, including look and feel, tone, colour, typography, illustration, and image style. I also oversaw the execution of all creative development processes for a variety of projects, including brand design, campaigns, and presentations. As an ambassador of the Versent brand, it was my responsibility to ensure compliance and quality control of creative material across all brand elements, including corporate and visual identity and brand value proposition.

Marketing Strategies and Campaign Execution
As a marketing professional, I was responsible for developing and executing various marketing strategies and campaigns, including advertising, social media, email marketing, and event collateral. I identified target audiences and devised effective campaigns, presenting my strategies and recommendations to executives. I also monitored and analysed campaign performance, using data-driven insights to optimise future campaigns.
