Digital 'BAU' & Bespoke Campaigns
As a Creative Director, I worked with ANZ Bank for several years, where I was part of a select few agencies that serviced their account. The challenge was to meet the client’s expectations across various vertical business channels, which required clear communication and collaboration with a diverse set of individuals to achieve their goals. My experience in working across digital and omni-channel ecosystems helped me deliver successful campaigns across email, mobile, social, web, video, and print.
Challenge
The primary challenge was to meet the client’s expectations across various vertical business channels while maintaining brand guidelines. As a Creative Director, I had to ensure that all campaigns were consistent with the ANZ brand, which required me to be immersed in the brand and act as a brand champion. My role was to guide, direct and educate third-party agencies and ANZ marketers on the do’s and don’ts of the ANZ brand guidelines.
Solution
To address the challenge, I ensured a clear understanding of the client’s products and services. This helped me deliver successful campaigns across the landscape of email, mobile, social, web, video, and print. I worked closely with the ANZ team to understand their business goals and align them with the brand guidelines. By doing this, I was able to create bespoke campaigns that were consistent with the ANZ brand and resonated with their customers.
Competencies
Delivering a diverse range of projects for ANZ Bank, including, bespoke campaigns, microsites, print materials and business as usual communications delivered through ANZ’s self-serve solution within the Salesforce Marketing Cloud platform.
Clear Understanding of Client’s Products and Services - Gained a clear understanding of the client’s products and services, which helped deliver successful campaigns across email, mobile, social, web, video, and print.
Aligned Collateral with Brand Guidelines - Worked with third-party agencies to ensure that all collateral, including email templates, landing pages, and banners, were aligned with the ANZ brand guidelines.
Consistent Branding - Ensured all campaigns were consistent with the ANZ brand guidelines and acted as a brand champion to guide, direct, and educate third-party agencies and ANZ marketers on the do’s and don’ts of the ANZ brand guidelines.
Collaborated with ANZ Team - Worked closely with the ANZ team to understand their business goals and align them with the brand guidelines to create bespoke campaigns that were consistent with the ANZ brand and resonated with their customers.
Results
Through collaboration with ANZ Bank, I delivered successful campaigns across various vertical business channels. My understanding of the ANZ brand and their products and services enabled me to create bespoke campaigns that resonated with their customers, resulting in an increase in customer engagement and satisfaction.
My ability to work across digital and omni-channel ecosystems, coupled with my communication and collaboration skills, allowed me to meet the client’s expectations and deliver successful campaigns. ANZ Bank saw an increase in customer engagement across all channels, leading to greater customer satisfaction and loyalty.
